What the Overwatch hero randomizer does
Roll a hero for each player, up to a six-stack, from the full Overwatch roster. Turn on role queue and every seat gets the role the game's 5v5 queue puts there (1 Tank, 2 Damage, 2 Support), limit the pool to certain roles, or play a no-repeats night where nobody plays the same hero twice. The map roll picks from the Standard map pool, filtered by mode.
