What the Mario Kart 64 randomizer does

Mario Kart 64 is on Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack with online play. This randomizer gives each of up to 4 players a different character (the game doesn't let two players pick the same one), filters by weight class, rolls any number of the 16 tracks, picks battle courses for Battle mode, and builds a custom item set.
