Common questions

Do my viewers need a GameShuffle account?
No. Viewers play from Twitch chat and channel points, or from Discord. No account needed to predict, vote, or earn Arcade Tokens. You (the streamer) are the only one who needs GS Pro.
How do Arcade Tokens work, and is it real money?
No. Arcade Tokens are a closed-loop engagement currency: viewers earn them by participating and spend them on the platform layer (predictions, markets). They're never bought with money and never cashed out. They exist purely to make your stream more fun to play along with.
Which platforms does Pro work with?
Twitch and Discord today, tied into one session: an OBS overlay for your stream, chat commands + channel points on Twitch, and the bot on Discord. More platforms can plug into the same session model over time.
Which games work with chat rolls?
Every game GameShuffle has a randomizer for: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario Kart World and Mario Kart 64, Smash Ultimate, every Mario Party, Splatoon 3, Kirby Air Riders, Overwatch, Marvel Rivals, GoldenEye 007, Perfect Dark and Pokémon Stadium. The bot follows your Twitch category, so it rolls for whatever you're playing.
What do the AI tools do?
They draft things for you to edit and approve: wheel slices, bingo squares, tier lists and party game packs from a theme, plus recap posts of your stream. AI never decides a random result (the randomizers still roll), and everything AI writes is labeled. Pro includes a monthly allowance across every AI tool.
What happens after the trial ends?
You'll automatically convert to your selected plan (monthly or annual, at the price shown above) using the card you provided at signup. We'll email you 3 days before the trial ends as a reminder.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks. You'll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then drop to Free. No cancellation fees, no friction.
Do you offer refunds?
New monthly subscribers can request a prorated refund within 7 days of payment. Annual subscribers within 30 days. After that, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period when you cancel.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll automatically retry the charge over the next two weeks. If it still doesn't go through, your account drops to Free and we'll email you. Your account data is kept; Twitch disconnects while you're on Free, and you can reconnect it when you resubscribe.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime, from your account settings. Stripe handles the proration automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
We never see or store your card number. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security standard for handling card data.
Do you offer team or family plans?
Not yet. Right now Pro is a single-streamer / single-account subscription. If you'd like team plans, let us know. We're tracking demand.
