What games does GameShuffle support?

GameShuffle supports Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Mario Kart World today, with active development on Super Smash Bros, Mario Party, and more. New game support is added regularly — if your game isn't here yet, submit an idea or sign up to be notified when it lands.

About the 14-day trial

Pro is built around real sessions, real streams, and real coordination — so we want you to actually try it before you commit. The 14-day trial gives you full Pro access. Credit card is required at signup, and you'll be charged $9/month (or $99/year, whichever you pick) at the end of the trial unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account.

A note on billing

GameShuffle is built by Empac, our product studio. Charges appear on your statement as EMPAC* GS PRO. If you ever have a billing question, email support@gameshuffle.coand we'll handle it directly.

Common questions

What happens after the trial ends?

You'll automatically convert to your selected plan — $9/month or $99/year — using the card you provided at signup. We'll email you 3 days before the trial ends as a reminder.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks. You'll keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then drop to Free. No cancellation fees, no friction.

Do you offer refunds?

New monthly subscribers can request a prorated refund within 7 days of payment. Annual subscribers within 30 days. After that, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period when you cancel.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll automatically retry the charge over the next two weeks. If it still doesn't go through, your account drops to Free and we'll email you. Your account data and connections are preserved — you can resubscribe anytime to restore Pro access.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, anytime, from your account settings. Stripe handles the proration automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

We never see or store your card number. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard for handling card data.

What if I want to cancel during my trial?

Cancel from your account anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. You'll keep Pro access through the end of the trial period.

Do you offer team or family plans?

Not yet. Right now Pro is a single-streamer / single-account subscription. If you'd like team plans, let us know — we're tracking demand.
